As Director of Capital Raising, Joe oversees the sourcing and onboarding of capital partners on behalf of BCE’s opportunity funds and syndications.

Prior to joining BCE, Joe worked in capital markets at the William Warren Group, the nation’s largest self-storage owner/operator. During his time at William Warren Group, Joe raised capital for the WWG Self Storage Income Fund. Joe began his career at the Endeavor Agency as a film and finance agent, where he worked for 13 years. During his time at Endeavor, he raised over $75 million of production financing and sourced the distribution for over 30 films.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an Academic Minor in Mandarin Chinese from Villanova University.
