As a Portfolio Management Analyst, Blake helps manage the Southern California, Reno, and Sacramento portfolios, directly supporting the implementation of BCE’s strategic financial, business, and investor objectives. Blake also contributes to the oversight of new development projects, totaling over 2,000 units across California.

Prior to this role, Blake worked at ESI Ventures, where he was responsible for underwriting developments and managing assets across various sectors, including hospitality and multifamily. Blake also previously worked within the Data Division of Avison Young, where he specialized in building out proprietary leasing databases.

Blake earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, concentrating on Business Administration and Finance. He also pursued an International Markets and Finance curriculum at the ESCP Business School of Paris. Blake is a founding member of the Trojan Business Thinktank and an alumnus of the Trojan Real Estate Network
