As an Associate of Portfolio Management, Brad helps manage BCE's portfolio of assets, directly supporting the implementation of BCE’s strategic financial, business, and investor objectives. Brad also contributes to the oversight of new development projects, totaling over 2,000 units across California.

Prior to joining BCE, Brad worked at Mitsui Fudosan America, where he was responsible for underwriting new development opportunities in Los Angeles County and managing the entitlement and development of assets in Los Angeles and Phoenix. He previously worked at Bellwether on the Asset Management team, where he managed a portfolio of equity and debt investments comprising multifamily, office, and industrial assets on behalf of Oaktree Capital and Rockwood Capital.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development with an Integrated Minor in Construction Management from the University of Southern California.
