As a Transactions Analyst, Ariel supports the Acquisitions and Portfolio Management teams with the execution of all acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions. She collaborates with various third parties to conduct proper due diligence and provide necessary documentation for all transactions. Ariel also supports the Portfolio Management team in managing the Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington portfolios.

Prior to joining BCE, Ariel was an Originations Analyst at PGIM Real Estate, where she underwrote 75+ deals across all real estate asset classes and assisted in originating over $375 million in loans.

Ariel earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Comparative Studies from Duke University. She is a member of the Duke Alumni Network and the Girls Who Invest Alumni Network.
