As an Acquisitions Associate, Bill is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence for potential deals in BCE's target markets. While with BCE, Bill has helped the company acquire approximately 3,500 units, totaling $905 million.

Prior to joining BCE, Bill worked at JRK Property Holdings in a variety of roles, including Acquisitions and Asset Management, where he oversaw a portfolio of 1,500+ units in the Eastern United States.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Science and Engineering Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, where he was also a four-year member of the Varsity Men's Volleyball team.
