As Senior Director of Portfolio Management, Federico manages the Southern California, Central Coast, and Utah portfolios, ensuring that the company’s financial, business, and investor objectives are achieved via implementation and execution of BCE’s value-add business plans. Federico also leads BCE’s ground-up development efforts, encompassing over 2,000 units across California.

Federico has over 10 years of real estate experience and, prior to joining BCE, worked for a prominent real estate developer in Venezuela.

Federico earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, Venezuela, and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Federico is a member of the firm’s investment committee.
